Don't Die Before Your Actual Death

Don't Die Before Your Actual Death

Do you know that right now, there are more than 6.5 billion people in the World who are envious of the life you are presently living, who are coveting the things you own now and which you are taking for granted?

Do you know that we die in bits and pieces and that every second takes us closer to the grave and that no one actually knows when or where or how it will happen?

Do you know that last night more than 3 million people all over the World went to bed but could not wake up this morning?

Why am I bringing these stats to you?

Because I want you to be conscious of the fact that the life you are living is a priviledge and not necessarily a right because it actually is not yours. When the Owner of the breath of life in you calls it back, you cannot say no. No matter how much Medical Science wants to prolong the life through artificial means, one day it shall just give up on you and give you up.

So

Celebrate your life

Live it

DON'T DIE BEFORE YOUR ACTUAL DEATH

You have been given a routine to live - go to school, pass with good grades, graduate with high degree, get a job, get married, have children and then start marking time waiting to die, that is a very monotonous routine, there is no life in it.

If you are still searching for why you were brought into this World by your Maker, if you still don't know your purpose on this Planet Earth, then you are yet to begin living.

You work hard, you make money by trading your time for money and you say you are making a living, be careful that you are not making a dying because when you are closeted on and in yourself, you are not making a living, you are actually making a dying.

Living is when you make money, spend the ones you can spend, save the ones you can save, invest the ones you can invest to make more money and then go out there and pick someone who desperately needs your help and is not in a position to ever pay you back and invest in him or her.

Living is when you become a sponge to absorb all the negativities in life for some people and in turn become the source of beautiful positive vibes to those persons

Living is when you have taken someone by hand  and led him up from the gutter to the highest height he can attain, thus you realize you have changed his life and because of you he did not give up on life

That day, you realize that you have actually lived the life you were brought here to live.

In this life, remember that the process of living is a game of many rules, learn all the rules and then  break them all. Do not be a conformist, be very uncomfortable with being comfortable, the man who is comfortable is 6 feet underground. For as long as you are alive, do the unexpected, go to where you are asked not to go, get that experience which no one else has gotten, visit the uncharted territory, blaze a trail - that way you would live a legacy that would outlive and outlast you.

Remember that you came into this world with nothing and you ain't going anywhere with anything. The day you take your last breath, all the acquisitions and material things will become a source of litigation by the living but the legacies you leave behind in people and places will be there to remind them that YOU PASSED BY THIS WAY

A life lived for self is worth much

A life lived for others is worth much more.

  2. Though provoking and worthy to be reflected upon. The book of Ecclesiastes in the Bible encouraged us to enjoy life to the fullest but to always bear in mind that after death, each and everyone of will give account of how we lived our life. Yes, I agree that we should make efforts to live for other people. However, we should not be lost in doing that !

    1. In living for others, one must certainly have lived for self first because no man can give what he does not have

  3. God help me, may I not die before my actual death as live my very essence. A life lived for self is worth much but a life lived for others is worth much more, I absolutely agree daddy. True living I'd giving, we're living because God gave us life so is mandatory to give to others
I celebrate the life I have, I live every moment in my divine purpose.

    More Grace Daddy

  4. There is no routine to live our life, any person living a routine life is not living, one must make effort to create his own path in life and follow it. A path that will leave a landmark and become a legacy for others, a path that will affect others positively and lead to freedom to any who may wish to follow.

    1. No man lights a candle and hides it under the bushel
that's why the Scripture says " let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father Who is in Heaven"

How come majority of the people on earth are poor? How come the wealthy are very very few. The difference is in "discovering your God ordained purpose on earth" and living it out as it was scheduled by the Eternal One. There lies the fulfillment of anyone who pilgrimed on this earth. When you discover God's purpose for your life and work/walk in it, wealth becomes your follower because everything falls in the right places to prosper you.

  8. Food for thought!
Most times we actually forget to live and especially in remembering to keep in touch with those close to our hearts.

  9. Awesome! Whenever I come around here, it's always suiting and refreshing. What I just read through left me with the zest to build a line of legacy so as to be known that I passed here. What a time. Thanks Mentor. It's been a while but it's well.
