Guess who has just arrived for breakfast?

I am sure your guess was right

It's September, the 9th month of the year 2017 and the latest in the Universe

I want to invite you to join us on the Breakfast Table but before you take your seat, let me remind you of the following:

1.      One month is not just a period of time in your calendar – it’s a period of your life. So don’t neglect it and make the most of it. Best places to visit, best people to meet, best books to read, best feelings to experience – you can have them all.

2.      This month is another step on your way to happiness and realization of your dream. Keep running and you’ll reach your goal very soon.

3.      You can’t control the weather in this changeable and moody month, but you can control your emotions. Start this new month with good mood and inspiration and you’ll see how it will influence your inner peace and harmony.

4.      Time is the most precious thing in our life. Appreciate it, spend it wisely and never waste it on nonsense. Have an incredible month full of unforgettable moments that won’t make you regret eventually!

5.      It’s never too late to start running in the morning, to find a new job, to fall in love – in other words, to change something in your life and open for new opportunities. This wonderful month is also a great chance for any endeavour.

6.      If you ever wanted to start again, this new month is a good opportunity to do it. Don’t put your life on a waiting list, otherwise it (your life) will turn its back on you.

As August Ends Today

It seemed like yesterday when we welcomed August into the fold of 2017.

We had high hopes that it was the month to make us realize our dreams for 2017

We made plans to achieve our goals

We were ready to take on the world in order to live the life we are born to live

But here we are

In the next couple of hours, August shall depart the shores of this year - 2017

Just another month that has gone by

And the questions come flooding in

Were all our hopes met?

Did we achieve all our goals?

Were all our aspirations met?

Yet, ought we not to be grateful?
That August did not consume us as it consumed so many people - those who died in accidents, those who were murdered by Boko Haram, those who died in air crashes, those who lost their lives in ship and boat mishaps, those who died from chronic diseases, e.t.c.

Are we any better than them?
Are we less of sinners than them?

Definitely not

It's all about the Grace of God

His Grace has enabled us to navigate through the 1st to the 31st day of August without being consumed

Oh for sure we may not have had all our dreams come true in the outgoing month but then we are ALIVE and only the living can set goals, make plans and achieve them.

And as I always say, Thank God for life

It is the 1st of January 2017, the beginning of a brand new month, the FIRST month in this dispensation. It is another God given opportunity for us to make a go at life and living; to erase the bad memories of the past month and concentrate on moving forward.

Interesting things would happen in this month but the most interesting is that you shall witness it all and be alive to tell the tale.

In this month, God shall re-write your history, and you shall have every reason to rejoice.

In the place of stones in the mouth, He would give you meat

In the place of rock, He would give you bread

In the place of bitterness, He would give you honey

In the place of barrenness, He would give you children

In the place of mourning, He would give you joy

In the place of lack, He would supply all your NEEDS

In the place of joblessness, He would lift your head up

When your detractors confound you, He would raise a Banner of protection

When they come against you in seven ways, He shall scatter them in a hundred ways

He would provide the Strong Tower into which you shall run in and be Almightily protected

He shall not allow you be put to shame

He would uphold you by the Power of His Mighty Right Hand
