It's the 31st of December 2020 and also the LAST DAY of the year 2020

How blessed are we to see the end of the month of December and also the end of the year 2020.

How blessed are we indeed!

On a day like this, all that one really needs to do is to sit by himself and take stock of the passing year.

Taking stock means  checking out the successes and the failures; checking out the figures in the assets column and the liabilities column; checking out the goals for the year and noting which ones were met and which not met and generally doing an introspective analysis of how far we have come.

It is also a day to state the goals for the next year, not just writing them down in a notebook (which is very essential) but also stating in clear terms the ways and means by which they shall be accomplished.

Today also shall witness the cross over night service in most places of worship - well just as we have earlier advised, you don't have to go to a Church or a Mosque to cross over to the new year, it is God that crosses anyone over and not the place of worship and neither the Pastor nor the Imam. Stay in your house and observe the cross over night but however if you must go to a crowded place, ensure that you wear your nose and mouth mask, observe social distance and neither hug nor shake hands with anyone no matter how friendly. That your friend may be a Super Carrier and you may not know it.

And it's time now for me to officially and formally thank you for having kept us company since the 1st of January 2020.

In this space of one year, God has given me His grace to write every day and to share such write ups with you, some of which you read and commented on and some of which went unread per-adventure when you were indisposed to read and some of which you read but kept quiet. Whichever one applies, it was my great pleasure to have been of service to you in whichever manner the write-ups contributed to your wellbeing or even wealthbeing.

In this outgoing year, we introduced the following programs

As 2018 Departs

Thank God, 2018 is almost over.

It's just a matter of hours now and we shall enter into the magical year 2019.

It has been one very long year

Many things happened in this outgoing year

Many lives were lost - some died naturally, some took their own lives, some were killed by others, some were killed by natural disasters but in it all and through it all GOD preserved us.

What else can we say but THANK YOU PAPA, Abba Father

The level of hardship was unprecedented

Lassa fever showed up again and claimed some lives

More persons and households went under the poverty line

But none came nigh us

The Lord hemmed us in like a hen on her chicks

He protected us and provided for us

Even when they said there was a casting down, He made us look up and proclaim that there was a lifting up

Even when they came one way towards us, He made them flee in a hundred ways

He annulled their evil machinations

He scattered their evil gatherings

All the covens where our pictures and names were taken, He destroyed by lightening

When they buried their charms in our farms, He sent His Thunder to uproot the charms and destroy the carrier of the charm

When they called our names into the air, He raised a Banner and a Standard for us against them

When they came to us in the middle of the night to annihilate us, He delivered us from the noisome pestilence and the plague

We took a fall six times, He made us rise again seven times

When they concocted to remove us from our dwelling place, He showed them that He is the Holy One of Israel, under whose Wings we are Almightily protected and shielded

That is our God, my God in Whom I live and move and have my being

Glory will always be to His Holy Name

I thank Him for 2018 and all His blessings and favours bestowed upon me and all my family members, friends, associates, fans and followers

I ask Him for MORE GRACE in 2019

2017 Is Around The Corner - Are You Ready To Take It By Storm??

Wow! It happened so fast, 2016 is about to come to an end.

I see people running around to get, holiday gifts, making holiday plans and that's when it hit me... another year is about to come to an end.

How did 12 months just fly by?!!

Another year over and now it's time to get ready for 2017 and it's not just about making resolutions.

I'm not a big fan of resolutions.

I prefer making real changes, lifestyle changes, health changes, financial changes, family changes, relationship changes and all kinds of changes.

I usually write out what I want to change, improve or achieve. I give everything some real thought and that means getting really specific so that I set goals that I can measure.

By setting a goal you can actually measure you can see if you're making any progress, how far away you are from reaching your goal and what you can do to achieve that goal.

For example: if your goal is to get a new job in 2017 then you can easily measure if you achieve this goal. You either get the job or you don't. You can do certain things to help you achieve your goal of getting a job.

It's pretty simple and the best time to begin setting those goals for next year is right now.

I know you may be busy with the holiday season however, right now is the best time.

You can easily look back and see what goals you did and didn't achieve.

You can simply think about it and then decide what you want to achieve for next year.

Maybe there's a goal you didn't achieve last year that you really want to achieve, so make it a goal for 2017.

Maybe there are some new goals you want to achieve.

Write them down and aim to succeed in 2017.

Once you have your goals, write them down.
And then think about them.

Think about what you can do to achieve them.

Think about how important they are to you and by that I mean think about how achieving a goal will change your life.

When you have a life changing goal you want to achieve you have a goal that motivates you to succeed.

Let's face it, if achieving the goal isn't going to improve your life,  you're not going to want to pursue it.

Most goals are life changing.

However, most people simply don't think about how achieving a goal will change their lives and so they lose their motivation.

They think about all the little things that need to get done, like going to the gym or getting a savings plan together, or taking an extra course
or changing certain habits.

They end up losing sight of the real reason they want to succeed.

So keep your reason for achieving your goal at the forefront of your mind. It will help you stay motivated and stay focused.

When you're motivated and focused you're more likely to succeed and achieve your goal.

However, when you try to stay motivated and focused you might get derailed by a series of negative thoughts.

If you've tried to achieve a goal in the past and haven't succeeded then you're going to get a lot of negative thoughts that will convince
you to give up, not do anything or force you to get distracted. In the end you don't achieve the goal and don't even come close.

It's just the way the mind works. And it gives you the negative feedback because those negative thoughts are planted on your subconscious mind.

Now you need to change them.

So think about the goals you want to achieve. Think about how achieving that goal will improve your life.

When the negative thoughts come up, remove them and replace them.

Now let's make 2017 your best year ever.
Let's make 2017 the year you achieve your goals.
