An Amazing Piece Of Advice From A Chinese - Must Read!!!

Because none of us will live FOREVER in the physical, and we certainly can't take anything along with us when we die.... we don't have to be too thrifty.

Spend the money that should be spent, enjoy what should be enjoyed, donate what you are able to donate, but don't leave all of your hard earned wealth to your children or grandchildren, for you don't want them to become parasites who are waiting for the day you will die!!

DON'T WORRY about what will happen after you are gone, because when you return to dust, you will feel nothing about, social praises, acceptances or criticisms. The time to enjoy the life on this side of the divide and your hard earned wealth will be over and soon like all other famous and non-famous beings NOBODY will be bothered about you!

DON'T WORRY too much about your children, for children will have their own destiny and should find their own way. Don't be your children's slave. Care for them, love them, give them gifts but also enjoy your money while you can. Life should have more to it than working from the cradle to the grave!!

DON'T EXPECT too much from your children. Ask yourself how much you care about your own parents... Caring children, though caring, would be busy with their jobs and commitments to render only OCCASIONAL help.
Uncaring children may fight over your assets even when you are still alive, and wish for your early demise so they can inherit your properties and wealth.
Your children take for granted that they are rightful heirs to your wealth; but that you have ABSOLUTELY NO claims to their money.

DON'T TRADE -in your health for wealth, by working yourself to an early grave anymore. Because your money may not be able to buy your health.
When to stop making money, and how much MONEY IS enough ?
A hundred, thousand, One million, ten million, one billion... ?
Out of thousands of hectares of good farm land, you can consume only 1/4 kg of rice daily.... ; out of 10 mansions, you only need 8 square meters of space to rest at night.
So, as long as you have enough food and enough money to spend, that is good enough. You should live happily. Every family has its own problems.

Just DO NOT COMPARE with others for fame and social status and see whose children are doing better etc., but challenge others for happiness, health, enjoyment, quality of life and longevity.

DON'T WORRY about things that you can't change... age, height, weight, colour..... because it doesn't help and it will DEFINITELY spoil your health to an early GRAVE. .

You have to create your own well-being and find your own place of happiness.

As long as you are in good mood and good health, think about happy things, do happy things daily and have fun in doing these things... then you will pass your time happily every day.

IF One day passes WITHOUT happiness, you will lose one day.
IF One day passes WITH happiness, then you WILL gain an additional one day.
In good spirit, sickness will be cured;
In a happy spirit, sickness will be cured faster;
In high and happy spirits, sickness will never come to you.

With good mood and suitable amount of exercise, always out in the sun, eating a variety of foods, reasonable amounts of vitamins and minerals intake, hopefully you will live another additional 20 to 30 years of a healthy life of fun and pleasure.

- ABOVE ALL -
Learn to cherish the goodness around you.. and the good FRIENDS you have...... They all make you feel young and "wanted"... without them you will surely feel lost!!!!

Wishing you all the best for the years to come.

10 Ways To Be Poor And Remain Poor

1. Never wake up early...

Keep stretching & turning in bed until you, get too hungry to continue dozing if there are no bedbugs, why hurry to get up??

2. Never plan how to spend your money..

Whenever you get money, start spending it right away and when it's finished, you try to count and recall how you spent it..

3. Don't think of saving until you have real big money...

How can you save when you earn so little?? Those telling you to save are not
sympathetic to your burning needs..

4. Don't engage in activities usually reserved for the " uneducated "...

How can you a graduate engage in petty trade or home based production?? That's for people who never went to school.

5. Don't think of starting a business until an angel comes from heaven & gives U capital..

How do they expect U to invest before U get millions of dollars?? Even though more than half the businesses in your town were started with a few hundred dollar, you as a smart person can only start with millons.

6. Complain about everything except your own attitude:

Blame the system the government & the banks that refuse to lend you money. They are all bad & do not want you to get rich.

7. Spend more than you earn.

To achieve this, buy consumer product on credit & keep borrowing
from friends & employers.

8. Compete in dressing.

Make sure you wear the latest clothes among all workers in your office..
Whenever your neighbour buys a new phone, u get one that is more expensive..

9. Get yourself a nice second hand car that costs more than three times your gross monthly pay..

10. Give your children everything they ask for since you're such a loving parent.

They should not struggle for anything because you do not want them to suffer, that way, they will grow up lazy & hence poor enough to ensure they can't help you in old age...

Chase poverty away, embrace riches.

So You Want To Make Money?

So you want to MAKE MONEY?
So you want to be FABULOUSLY RICH?
So you want to have so much to spend that nothing is a problem to you again except how to spend your money?

And you think the way to make the money is by lying on your bed and dreaming about it?
You think that the way to make money is by wishing for it?
You think that the best way to make money is by going for all night and asking God to do a miracle?
You think that the best way to make money is by pursuing every "man of God" that you hear of and receiving "anointing to make money"

hmmmmm

My dear, I am sorry to tell you today that NONE OF THESE CHANNELS would ever give you the money you need to be really rich.

While it is necessary to wish for money
While it is good to dream about money
While it makes a whole lot of sense to pray for money

but (and that's a big BUT) UNTIL YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT MAKING MONEY, the money that maketh rich and wealthy would never come!!!!! and that is the TRUTH

So you want to make money????

GO DO IT!!!!!!!

How To Unshackle Oneself From Financial Slavery

Anyone can unshackle himself from “financial slavery,” as it were, in a relatively short period of time.

So just about anyone for that matter – can achieve freedom from financial slavery in just a few years. It does not have to be a lifelong process.

If you are in this situation, here is what you must do:

First, you must ask yourself if you are willing to give up the hope of getting rich quickly by investing.

Are you willing to accept the fact that you won’t go from broke to being a millionaire by investing in the next Microsoft?

If you can’t honestly and completely answer “yes” to that question, you might as well go read another analyst… one who will tell you what you want to hear.

But if you are ready, the next thing you need to do is think about what you mean by “financial slavery.”

What does that term mean?

Most commonly it means two things:
-----     You earn less than you spend.
-----     You owe more than you own.

If you earn less than you spend, you are in a constant state of stress.

You must put off or partially pay your bills. You must appease creditors. And all the while, your debt is mounting.

If you owe more than you own, you can’t buy a house or lease a car or get a loan from anyone other than your parents. (And what if they are dead or tired of helping you… or don’t have the money?)
Because you are in so much trouble, you can’t even think about taking nice vacations or retiring someday. Instead, you have to worry about losing your job. So you keep working and reading investment newsletters. But as each month passes, your financial situation gets worse.

It’s a miserable existence. But it doesn’t have to last. You can break the chains you feel attached to by simply recognizing and reversing the two “facts” mentioned above.

Problem No. 1: You earn less than you spend.
Solution: Spend less and earn more.

You can’t break the chains of slavery without hitting them hard with a big mallet.

You won’t be able to gain the independence you want in a few years or less by cutting $10 here and $50 there.

My recommendation is to cut your expenses by 30% to 50%.

I know that sounds crazy. And it may be impossible in your case. But don’t dismiss the idea until you hear me out.

The primary factor in how much you spend every month is the neighborhood you live in.

Your neighborhood creates the financial culture that presents the spending choices you make. If you live in a community of million-dollar homes, you will be looking at new BMWs and Audis when it comes to buying or leasing a car. When you go out to dinner, chances are, you’ll be spending more than a hundred dollars per couple.
Unless you live in a working-class neighborhood now, you can radically reduce your spending by moving into one.

I have friends and family members in this situation. They live in $350,000 homes in beautiful neighborhoods and drive luxury cars. But the reality is they are broke and getting poorer every month. They refuse to even consider the idea of downsizing because they are simply too ashamed to do so. What they don’t realize is every month they try to “hold on,” it is making them poorer.

Moving to a less expensive neighborhood would be the quickest, biggest, and surest way to bring their spending down by 30% to 50%.

The other thing you must do to improve your situation is to earn more money.

You should take immediate steps to increase your income by 20% to 50%.

Again, I know that seems radical, but if you want a “short-term” solution out of financial slavery, this is just as important as radically cutting expenses.

Problem No. 2: You owe more than you own.
Solution: Start owing less and owning more.

If you have accumulated a lot of debt, it means that you don’t see debt as financially dangerous.

You must accept the fact that most debt you have is bad for you. There are only a few exceptions: mortgage debt when interest rates are low, and business debt when the business is sound and you are not personally liable.
The first step toward debt management is to get rid of every credit card you have, as well as any credit you have with your bankers.

Use cash or debit cards for your shopping. Yes, that means there will be lots of things you can’t buy every month. That’s a good thing, not a bad thing.

If you have a lot of existing credit card debt, you need to consolidate it. Then work with a professional to pay it off at reasonable interest rates.

If you are lucky enough to have equity in your home, trading it for a cheaper one (see above) will accomplish two important goals: it will reduce your monthly expenses, and it will give you a chunk of cash that you can use to pay off debt or put aside as savings.

You must also increase what you own. And by that, I do NOT mean cars or boats or furniture or toys. I mean tangible assets that are likely to appreciate. Gold coins, income-producing real estate, and safe stocks belong in this category.

Every extra after-tax dollar you make by taking on extra work or starting a side business should be devoted to increasing your ownership of such assets. None of it should be spent.

Being financially independent is not about having a big house or driving new cars or taking fancy vacations. There are tens of thousands of Americans in that situation today who are financial slaves, just like you.

They are in chains because they spend more than they make and owe more than they own. Their stress is just as great as yours, even though they may make more money or have more toys.

Being financially independent means having more income than you need and owing far less than you own.

It means knowing that you won’t be harassed by bill collectors or embarrassed at the supermarket.

It means you have money put aside to take care of any emergencies that come up, and it means a savings account that gets substantially bigger every year.

Becoming a multimillionaire takes years. But breaking the chains of financial slavery can be done relatively quickly.

The hardest part is recognizing the chains that are binding you – earning less than you spend and owing more than you own – and deciding to do something serious about them.

There, you have the plan in front of you now. It’s up to you whether you follow it.

Let us know what are you going to do today to get on the right path to become independently wealthy in the comments section below.

Speak Your Way To Prosperity

If you're not 100% satisfied with your financial situation right now...

Did you know it could be because the WORDS you speak daily are sabotaging your 'Prosperity DNA'?

I know this sounds like something out of a science fiction story - but studies by Russian molecular biologists have proven it:

When you speak the right words, in the right way, your DNA rearranges itself for the better.

The traits that make you successful - like perseverance and self-confidence - become dramatically amplified...

While wealth-destroying habits like fear, procrastination and greed, disappear.

But when you speak the wrong words?

The opposite happens... and you're robbed of the abundant experiences, adventures and successes you were born to savor

Why Money Doesn't Solve Money Problems

The raise you are hoping to get is not going to fix your financial squeeze.
I mean even if you were making what your boss is making, it will not fix your financial squeeze.
There is a famous principle calledParkinson’s Law that essentially says that expenses rise to meet income, so if you are having a hard time paying your bills or making a dent in your mountain of debt, money is NOT your answer.
I know it may sound like this is bad news, but really this is great news.
This is because money problems (difficulty paying bills, paying off debt, getting into debt, difficulty saving) are often behavioral problems.
And behavioral problems can NOT be solved with money.
People seem to think that they can make their problems go away with more money, but really it just covers them up. This is apparent with all of the millionaires who file for bankruptcy.
They have more money than most people can dream of, yet they also have a spending problem that is far stronger than their income.
How do you fix behavioral problems? Well, you start by asking God for help and then begin just doing one small thing at a time. It is a lot easier to update your house by working on one room at a time than by tearing up every room all at once.
You can start by learning to not spend more than you make.
There are practical things that can be done to help out, but I think nothing will be more valuable than just taking a long hard look at where your money is going and asking yourself, “do I really need this?”.
We say we NEED all this stuff to survive and yet 100 years ago most of it didn’t even exist. I think when we are honest with ourselves, we can see that a lot of our NEEDS are really just screaming, yelling, panicky WANTS.
1 Timothy 6:8 is what I am striving for, how about you?
“6 But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7 For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it.  8 But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that.”

How To Become Richer Than Rockefeller

John D. Rockefeller founded the Standard Oil company in 1870.
He was the first American billionaire and one of the richest men to ever live.
I am sure many people today wish they could have walked in his shoes.
If, somehow they could, I think some would find it to be eye-opening.

Are You Richer Than John D. Rockefeller?

As wealthy as he was, Rockefeller might have had anything that money could buy. But what a few hundred dollars may buy today, couldn’t be bought with millions 150 years ago.
Today, we have central heating and air conditioning, cars, planes, Tempur-Pedic mattresses, iPods, and millions of other gadgets. Even Rockefeller in his day couldn’t buy air conditioning. Maybe he had fifteen people fanning him on a hot summer’s day (because he could afford it), but I would rather have air conditioning. He probably had chauffeurs to take him by horse and buggy all around town, but I would much rather be riding in a ten-year-old Chevy. Wouldn’t you?
If we change the way we think of “wealth” and compare our standard of living to Rockefeller’s, we’re doing pretty good. In fact, I would go as far to say the majority of Americans live an all-around more “comfortable” life than Rockefeller did. Who then, is actually richer?

How Much Do We Really Need To Be Happy?

If your household annual income is over $50,000, then you are in the top 1% richest in the world. (See for yourself at the Global Rich List.) And if we can agree that most of us are living a more comfortable life than a billionaire at the turn of the Twentieth Century, then shouldn’t we be happy with what we have?
Should the fact that someone is living a more comfortable life than we are make us less comfortable? Or couldn’t we be satisfied knowing that we live a more comfortable life than 99% of the world’s population, or the richest man 150 years ago?
And maybe we aren’t complaining — maybe we are just using our credit cards instead. Do we really need all the junk we are buying or are we forgetting how good we actually have it?

Why Not Keep Up With The Joneses?

What’s the point with all this? Why spend energy trying to be grateful for the things we have? Why not just try to keep up with the Joneses? Here are a few reasons:
Life is far more enjoyable when you are grateful. Grateful people divert their energy to seeing the good things they’ve been given rather than focusing on what they don’t have. This alone makes them much happier and far more enjoyable to be around.
You can save a lot of money. When you are thankful that you have a car rather than having to ride the bus everyday, it makes it a lot easier to break the habit of buying a new car every year. This can apply to anything — HDTV is great, but so is color TV. Remember when that was the new break-through technology?
Forgetting about the Joneses can set you free. Doing things to impress and appease other people is a dangerous trap. So many people voluntarily become “puppets” to those they are trying to impress — trading control of their lives for temporary social approval. Having been enslaved by it for years, I suggest forgetting about what the Joneses think. They’re overrated anyway.
You can actually enjoy the things you have. Everything loses a bit of its appeal as we get used to it. From a new pair of shoes, a new car, a spouse, or anything else — they are all really exciting while we are anticipating them. But, once we have them for a while, they just aren’t as exciting as they once were. By truly appreciating it and focusing on the benefits of it rather than the “greener grass” elsewhere we can truly enjoy what we have.
I don’t say all this to suggest that we all should live like we are hovering around the poverty line. I merely want to suggest that maybe, just maybe, we have it a little bit better than we think. Regardless of whether you have 60″ HDTV and new BMW or a 19″ Sanyo and a 10 year old Chevy — be grateful. Either way, Rockefeller would be jealous.
But godliness actually is a means of great gain when accompanied with contentment. -1Tim6.6

5 Ways to Dramatically Explode Your Income

Why do people settle for an extra few thousand dollars each year?
Mike gets excited when his boss gives him a raise from $70,000 per year to $75,000 per year. He immediately plans his 10-day vacation with his wife overseas. Total cost: $5,000. He's excited and delighted at this opportunity. After all, his wife has been begging him to go on a European tour for years--and this is the perfect time to please her since the kids just left for college.
However, the $5,000 promotion is not enough for Tom, who is looking to dramatically explode his income for him and his family. He'll take the extra $5,000, but will invest it in a project more worthwhile than self-indulgence. He knows he can become a millionaire if he works his side business on evenings and weekends, which will prepare him for a full-time launch within a matter of months.
Both men are given the same opportunity, yet they react differently. Mike goes on vacation with his wife, but worries the entire time about why and how his money has rapidly dissipated. Tom, on the other hand, continually grinds on his business, even using his vacation time to work on his business full-time.
Question: Who do you think will get further in the next 5-10 years?
This kind of situation happens all the time: One man settling, while another man is pedalling. Abraham Lincoln once said, "It's not the years in the life that count, but the life in the years." While many people are relaxing and waiting for success to happen to them, others are pushing hard to create success in their life.
Soon enough, the "relaxer" will start making excuses and go around preaching his blame list about why he couldn't succeed. Usually, this happens at the same time that the successful person speeds past them. Truthfully, if the "relaxer" could have committed himself to his dream early on, he would have realized that the world was already his.
The old saying is true: Life doesn't happen TO you, it happens FOR you.
How are you doing in the "success" department? Are you feeling inspired? Could you use a little boost of confidence? What about your income? Do you like where you stand financially? Money is the greatest way to measure your success. Therefore, let's discuss five ways to dramatically increase your income:

1. Give Voluntarily

Since the universe is always giving to us, it readily demands that we give. Those who do not give voluntarily will be forced to give involuntarily, whether they like it or not. By not giving of your time, money, and efforts, you're robbing other people, causing you much grief and despair in the process.
For instance, Monica tells herself, "I can't give since I barely have anything." Because of this thought, the universe forces her to give her time, money, and energy to causes she didn't approve, such as working a job she doesn't like. However, the best time to give is when you don't feel like you can do it. When you constantly give, you constantly receive.

2. Act Your Wage

I'm sure you'll agree with me that the majority of people wouldn't mind becoming millionaires. However, the problem is that they have a $100,000 work ethic. If your mindset is not allowing you to make your dream come to fruition, you need to act your wage, showing the world what kind of value you are ready to deliver.
This means that you're showing up every day willing and able to work at least 12 hours per day. However, that isn't enough. You need to take on tasks that give you the biggest profit. For example, it wouldn't make much sense to give up a $1,000,000 opportunity to fixate on a $100 idea. It might seem obvious, but people are constantly majoring on minors, failing to act their wage.

3. Visualize Your Success

All that you have envisioned will be given to you. Everything you've imagined for yourself can come alive once you visualize the result of what you want. The key to doing this is by writing out in clear details the exact picture you have in your mind. We think in pictures and your mind is the kingdom of your accomplishment. It conforms to what you want.
However, many people focus on what they don't want. They think about losing their jobs, crashing their cars, or offending their friends. When they do this, they repel the success that they want, instead of attracting it. What kind of future do you see for yourself? Do you see poverty or do you see prosperity? You'll get whichever one you see in your mind.
Here is the secret to realizing all of your visions: When you see disharmony, see love. Where there is deficiency, see abundance. Where there is ill health, see wholeness. Where there is confusion, see peace.

4. Receive Your Blessing

Many people have the habit of downplaying their blessings. They act modestly to appease the minds of their critics. However, this isn't the most abundant way to live. The truth is that your wealth is constantly awaiting you, seeking your recognition and appropriation. The main reason why people don't receive their wealth is because they don't even know it exists!
Many people cannot receive their blessings because they're too busy condemning and belittling themselves. Self-condemnation causes more failure, poverty, and ill-health than anything else. You cheat yourself when you believe that you are worth less than you are. While most people believe it's an act of humility, it's actually an act of stupidity! In short, realize your blessings if you want to receive more of them.

5. Stop Settling

It's time to stop settling for your current position in life. To do this, you must solemnly declare that you want to change (and mean it!). Many times, you must change your old habits in order to supplant new ones. You need to also get rid of old people, places, and things if you want new and better ones.
Complacency is the biggest killer for those seeking to dramatically increase their income. Some people think they can quit when they have a little money in their pockets at the end of the month. This stops them from pursuing more success since they are "enjoying" themselves. While one person is at the movies for the night, another is reading an entire book! Never be complacent.
Dramatically increasing your income isn't hard at all. Just look at what the masses are doing and do the opposite. It will almost always guarantee your success. If you're willing to do the work and stay committed to your purpose, you can do anything you can imagine for yourself. When you pay the price of success, you'll have a lot more fun in the end!

You Want To Be A Millionaire? Acquire These Skills

6 Skills of Self-Made Millionaires That You Should Be Using, Too

Heed the advice of those who have reaped success. Here are six skills used by self-made millionaires that you should be using and building upon each day.

1. Be able to identify fruitful opportunities.

Carlos Slim Helu, Mexican business magnate and philanthropist, said, “When there is a crisis, that’s when some are interested in getting out, and that’s when we are interested in getting in.”
Learn to identify open doors when they appear, then consider the risks and weigh them against potential benefits. An opportunity can be a great one regardless of whether no one or everyone is rushing to grab it -- if no one is, that’s your cue to move forward; if everyone is, that’s your chance to prove you’re better than the rest.

2. Focus on actions over words.

“Actions speak louder than words,” supposedly, and the late Andrew Carnegie agreed. As his career grew, he said, “As I grow older, I pay less attention to what men say. I just watch what they do.”
Understand that a shining business plan or investment presentation means little when you don’t demonstrate the ability to carry out your ideas well. Customers and clients want to see flawless application of your company’s core values and mission statement. Keep this formula in mind when seeking out employees, as well. A perfect resume doesn’t necessarily constitute a perfect employee, if that person can’t properly act on his qualifications and intentions.

3. Maintain a clear vision of success.

“Vision is perhaps our greatest strength... it has kept us alive to the power and continuity of thought through the centuries, it makes us peer into the future and lends shape to the unknown.”
Hong Kong business magnate Li Ka-Shing, the richest person in all of Asia, believes in vision as a motivational tool for success. What does success look like to you? If your answer is just “a lot of money,” this may not be the article for you.
Many people envision success as finally seeing their product on store shelves, making up for initial overhead costs, gaining a certain following or changing the community in which they live. In order to stay on track toward fulfilling your goals, it’s important to maintain a clear vision of what that goal is -- and what things will look like once it’s achieved.

4. Never stop learning.

Entrepreneurs who don’t acknowledge the need to constantly learn new things are denying themselves and their businesses the chance to grow. Even once you achieve some degree of success, understand that those around you (even those who are less successful) know something you don’t.
Listen to what others have to say about their experiences. Learn from their achievements and their mistakes. If you don’t want to base your development on other people, try taking a step back and exploring the areas of entrepreneurship you can still improve upon. Elon Musk, founder of PayPal, SpaceX and Tesla Motors, says “that’s the single best piece of advice -- constantly think about how you could be doing things better and questioning yourself.”

5. Get the job done.

This one sounds simple, but you’re likely procrastinating without even knowing it. Those who spend an immense amount of time marketing a business before there’s even a business to advertise are putting off actually building a brand. The same goes for those who spend time attempting to perform Web or graphic design themselves, obsessively organize finances and legal paperwork, and so on.
Even as an entrepreneur, you can’t wear every hat, and it’s often smart to assign tasks that aren’t immediately related to building your business to someone else. Don’t be afraid to ask for help from a small team of employees or some remote freelancers if it means you’ll be able to turn your company into everything you dreamed.
“Getting the job done has been the basis for the success my company has achieved,” said Michael Bloomberg, entrepreneur, investor and former mayor of New York City.

6. Only hire rock stars.

You can’t exemplify greatness if the people who make up your company aren’t great, too. My brother Matthew and I have always made a point of carefully selecting those we hire on to our teams, even if it takes a little extra time. We like people with a heavy determination to GSD (Get Stuff Done).
As we have such grand expectations for our employees, we always make sure to treat them as more than just that. Matthew and I strive to take care of them as we would with family. Matthew and I also allow our employees the flexibility to work from anywhere and provide bonuses from time to time to thank them for their trustworthiness and flexible capability. The extra appreciation certainly goes a long way in enhancing work ethic and promoting remote teamwork.

5 Things Millionaires Do That Most People Don't

1. Millionaires work hard.

A lot of people think that winning the lottery is their ticket to success, but I’ve got bad news for you. Nearly 90 percent of lottery winners go through their winnings in five years or less, leaving them back in the same situation they were in before they won.
Millionaires know that there are no shortcuts to success. There’s only hard work executed relentlessly in pursuit of a goal.
I know that, in my case, I wouldn’t be where I am today if I hadn’t been willing to work hard. I didn’t have a mentor when I started trading stocks in high school. It was up to me to put in the hours needed to become successful. There were plenty of times I would have rather gone out with friends or played video games -- anything but sit in front of the computer and study stock charts for another hour.
But I did it. I put in the work upfront because I knew the results would be worth it, they’ve paid off. I’m living my dream lifestyle because I wasn’t afraid to work hard.

2. Millionaires are focused.

That said, it isn’t just about working hard. You have to be working hard on the right thing.
Have you ever known somebody who’s constantly jumping from one “million dollar idea” to another? We all want to be rich, but the people who can’t choose one path to focus on simply aren’t going to achieve it. It’s the people who dedicate themselves to a single pursuit that come out on top, whether that one path is penny stock trading, company building or something else.

3. Millionaires are careful about risk.

I happen to think that penny stock trading represents one of the best opportunities to build generational wealth. The barriers to entry are low and, if you follow the rules I’ve learned, your risk is relatively low.
But whatever wealth-building approach you take, you’ve got to keep your risk in check. It’s not that you shouldn’t take risks, but the risks you take should be calculated. One of the tools we use in trading is the “risk-reward ratio” -- basically, how much risk you’re willing to take on for how much potential reward.
You can apply this line of thinking to just about anything in your life. If there’s more risk than there is reward, stay away. But if there’s more potential for reward than there is risk of loss, you may be looking at a great opportunity you should take.

4. Millionaires are generous.

Take a lesson from generous billionaires Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Carl Icahn and Ken Langore. Giving money can feel just as good (if not better) than earning it.
I’ve recently started my own charitable foundation in order to give back $2 million to my community, and I have to tell you, it feels amazing. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to get started, but I’m looking forward to making up for lost time.

5. Millionaires never stop learning.

This is such a big one. Millionaires love to learn because they’re always looking for ways to expand their skill sets and get ahead in their fields. They read books, watch documentaries, study educational materials and talk to others who can give them more information. Millionaires know that knowledge is power, and they stop at nothing to get it.
No matter what your net worth is right now, you can put this tip into practice today. If you’re learning to trade penny stocks, you can watch videos, read SEC statements, study stock charts or learn from others in industry chat rooms. You can do all of these things for free, but the value of what you learn will be worth so much more in the long run.
Which of these habits could you add to your life? Commit today to making at least one change that puts you on the path to becoming a millionaire.
