“Walking" Is The Best Exercise...!

This year,

'Walk Away' from arguments that lead you to nowhere but anger.

'Walk Away' from people who deliberately put you down.

'Walk Away' from any thought that reduces your worth.

'Walk Away' from failures and fears that stifle your dreams.

'Walk Away' from actions that would not bring you peace of mind

'Walk Away' from lesser minded people who deride you for having big dreams

'Walk Away' from the negs, they are vexatious to the spirit

'Walk Away' from all semblances of evil, they never pay

'Walk Away' from situations and conditions that tend to belittle your person

'Walk Away' from the kitchen if you can’t bear the heat

'Walk Away' from all cacophony of noises that stop you from hearing the still small voice

'Walk Away' from idle chatter that does nothing but run you down

'Walk Away' from all senseless chats on social media that bring no benefits to your pocket

'Walk Away' from self deceit, always be truthful to your own very self

'Walk Away' from self aggrandisement, you are taking nothing out of this world

'Walk Away' from self deprecation, you are more than a Conqueror

'Walk Away' from superiority complex, every man has his own story

'Walk Away' from inferiority complex, all men are created equal

'Walk Away' from that abusive relationship, if s/he does not appreciate you, then appreciate yourself

'Walk Away' from yesterday, it is gone and can never come back

'Walk Away' from that Pastor or Imam who tells you that he is God

'Walk Away' from all those who do not mean you well and say it to your face

And most important of all - 'Walk Away' from those who in the day time are your friends and in the night are your enemies, they are called “frenemies” and are more dangerous than the enemies you know

The more you 'Walk Away' from things that poison your soul, the happier your life would be.

Give Yourself A Walk towards joy and the peace of God, don't try to explain yourself to everyone.

Remember d adage' if they don't accept you shake off the dust' so walk away don't explain don't try to make them understand.

Walk not in the counsel of the ungodly.
