Another Saturday is here and it is a special Saturday

It is Valentine's Day

A day set aside to remember the sacrifices of an ancient Priest that eventually became a Saint and was named the Patron Saint of Lovers and Engaged Couples.

The day is set aside for couples to be happy in each other's company and to exchange gifts and share fun.
sight seeing, playing games and other fun events are what are required today.

It is not a day for debauchery or binging nor is it a day to take things to the extreme.

If you are a girl and your man is not yet committed to you, today is not a day to have sex and if you are under undue pressure to have sex then don't forget to use protection - insist that your man wears a condom (this has nothing to do with whether you trust him or not) you would only be protecting the two of you from unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections like Syphilis, Gonorrhoea and HIV/AIDS.

Don't go experimenting on anything that you are not used to all in the name of Val's day
