  2. 1 smart work involves proper planning and by collecting various resources to make it a quality, while hard work involves a work done by using available resources with maximum effort. 2 smart work involves mental strength because alot of thinking is done to achieve maximum result and work within time limit unlike hard work that involves a lot if physical strength and id time consuming. In the case of smart work it involves taking short and appropriate cut to get to a goal while hard work may requires taking long procedures to achieving a goal. 3 In smart work, other people's talents like ideas, experience and advice etc are used to achieve a goal unlike hard work which wouldnt consider much of it because of the available physical and financial strength which in the end may fail to achieve the targeted result. 4 In smart work, there is a pre-active planning which involves weighing the pros and cons, strength and weakness and time limit to be able to face any challenge, stress or problem that may arise in the long run, unlike hard work which involves active planning especially when caught in the middle of stress and problems which is always obvious in the face of the hard worker. 5 smart work are always associated with people who are intelligent and tactically wise in decisions,in business and in other professions, while hard work is associated with people who are physically fit but are intellectually dumb and lack foresight. 3. 1.HARDWORK entails using your manpower to control your mentalpower while SMARTWORK entails Using your mentalpower to control the application of your manpower. 2. HARDWORK involves focusing on the work as requiring much more than what the thinking faculty can so much help, but SMARTWORK sees every work as finished and finishable, at the onset, in the mind. 3. Hardwork approaches work to primarily finish it,But smartwork plans to creditable and advantageously finish the work. 4 Hardwork is driven by a tendency of showing pride in toiling, but for Smartwork the tendency is pride in innovation. 5 for a Hardworking man "to work is to pray" but the Smartworking man not only prays but also prays that no obstacle shall keep his (expected) answers from coming in due time.
