Terrorism Is An Evil Wind

That terrorism is taking over the world of the present times is a truth that stares all of us squarely in the face.

For the past 25 years, terrorism has risen from a movement operated from a cave to one that is now operated right in the open air with sophisticated technological gadgets.

Al Qeda, ISIS, Boko Haram, Maitatsine e.t.c are some of the terrorist groups that have caused untold havoc to the world and its citizens.

A terrorist is no one's friend or cousin or brother or nephew or niece or son or daughter because as soon as they surrender their lives to the "cause", they lose all sense of family and would even be willing to kill their own in order to get justice for whatever cause they are pursuing or whatever god they believe in who would reward them for exterminating other people's lives in the most brutal ways.

The time has come for all well meaning Nigerian Citizens irrespective of their party affiliations or religious sect to unite and fight terrorism to a stand still.

If we are careful for our environment, our surroundings, our neighbourhood, then we would notice when unusual movements are being made or when persons with unusual and questionable characters take up residency within our neighbourhood.

Here are Some Ways by which a Terrorist or Suicide bomber can be identified

1.      They do not DISCUSS issues, always providing monosyllabic reply to questions

2.      They are always in a HURRY

3.      They hardly make EYE CONTACT while talking with anyone

4.      They often feel INSECURE and keep making FURTIVE and DARTING GLANCES around them

5.      Some are INCOHERENT when asked about their destination

6.      They are often NERVOUS and always ready to pick a run

If we all join hands to report suspicious activities and suspicious persons around our neighbourhood, certainly the calamities that have been hitting us from suicide bombs, bombings and bombers would reduce drastically

Terrorism is an evil wind that blows no one any good
