86. Use the Free Blood-Pressure Test (Wisely)
Most of the free blood-pressure-monitoring machines found
in pharmacies aren't 100 percent accurate. According to a Canadian study, the
machines can be off by an average of 8 points systolic and 4 points diastolic
per reading. Check your BP three times, then average the readings.
