Ladies and Gentlemen
I am happy to report to you that the November Flight has finally and successfully landed on the eternity tarmac and that by the time the Clock chimes 12 midnight, November 2016 would have gone into eternity, never to RESURRECT again.
It has been quite a month, filled with the ups and also the downs just like life itself but if you are alive today and kicking, it only means that you have learnt to handle life and living with faith and not despair.
With the month of November and its shadow now receeding fastly, it only means that we have just but one other month and 2016 would be all over.
Whatever November brought your way, at least one thing is clear, on its way out, you are still here surviving it.
Even though it is the last day of November, you can actually make it the best day of this month.
So today take good care
Monday, November 28, 2016
It's the last week of November 2016 and the flight is in final descent, so fasten your seat belts and be in the mood for landing.
It's been an awesome Month which has seen us all moving up a step in the plans we made for 2016 and we have God the Almighty to thank for it all.
The Eleventh month of the year shall soon (in 3 days time) come to a glorious end and go back to eternity where it had come from.
If you still have some issues that ought to have been sorted out this month but have not been done, don't give up on them; you still have enough time to get them done.
As the day is unfolding it would surely showcase what it has in its kitty; key into the opportunities available today and if you don't know of any, then ask me about the amazing #PhytoscienceBusiness
I would be more than delighted to lead you through.
Until I hear from you, I remain your only good friend and my name has not changed; it is still Dr. Jerry - the First Oguzie: JP
Have a sweet day

1. Bond With People
Whenever you feel down for whatever reason or no reason whatsoever, there should be a friend to comfort you.
Cynical people say, a friend in need is a friend indeed. So, to have a friend when you are in need of emotional support, you should be a friend when not in need – at all times.
Besides, being in a company of friendly people keeps you from overthinking and feeling blue altogether.
2. Get Over Things
Eliminating negative emotions are equally important as obtaining positive ones.
One of the most common negative emotions is regret.
Haven’t you made a choice recently, that you now regret?
Even the smallest one. A pizza instead of sushi? Seeing one movie instead of another?
All these small things get you down, you need to get over them.
A good idea is to get rid of little things that you regret symbolically.
That would be writing them on a piece of paper, sealing them in an envelope, and getting rid of the envelope.
3. Don’t Be Too Secretive
Our reflexes tell us to only give out as much information as necessary for a certain cause. The rest we keep to ourselves.
In fact, secrets are an extra burden that is carried on your shoulders. As much information as possible needs to be shared, so you can feel lighter and breathe more freely.
Note: this should not be confused with keeping to one’s privacy.
4. Like What You Have To Do
If there are some activities in your life that you don’t like but have to do, this is sure to give you negative emotions.
The negative emotions, however, root in the dislike element, and not in the activities in question.
So, you can easily get rid of these negative emotions by embracing those necessary activities and removing your dislike from them.
For example, if you are on a diet, you need to convince yourself that you actually find fruits and vegetables tastier than burgers.
We know that we smile when we feel good.
But it goes the other way around just as well: smiling can make you feel better. Here is how you do it:
– relax your facial muscles to the point where your mouth slightly opens;
– constrict the muscles at the corners of your mouth – the wider, the better;
– keep your face in this position for about 20 seconds.
This exercise is especially effective when you need to feel positive before something important, such as an important phone call.
6. Tense Your Muscles
Whenever we need to do some physical activity – such as go jogging or lift something heavy – we often make a fist or grip something without even thinking. It helps us concentrate our willpower and achieve a better result.
It turns out that this trick works for all kinds of activities just as well.
Whenever you need to do something, contract your muscles, or just press your thumbs against your index fingers, – and you will feel your willpower-boosting.
This concentration of willpower, combined with the self-content feeling you get upon completing whatever it is that you had to do, are some of those positive emotions.
Researches have shown that when your body is in a certain position, you get the increased level of the hormones responsible for dominance and the senses of security and comfort, whereas some other positions increase the level of chemicals responsible for the feeling of stress.
The former are called power poses. Here are some of them:
– if you are standing up, push your chest forward and pull your shoulders back;
– if you are sitting, lean back, lock your fingers on the back of your head or neck, and look up.
8. Surround Yourself With Comfort
Lack of comfort is another common reason for negative emotions.
Therefore, to avoid unnecessary negative emotions caused by discomfort, you must not overlook all the tiniest details that surround you in your everyday life – the wallpapers in your room, the dislocation of your furniture, the furniture itself: it must all serve one sole purpose – your comfort.
The furniture is especially important here. It is vital to your positive mindset that your furniture was soft and comfortable.
9. Stay Warm
From our childhood, we associate warmness with comfort and friendliness, and coldness with neutrality at best.
This is why you should surround yourself with warmness to keep perceiving your environment in a positive way.
In practice – pay extra attention to keeping your home warm, don’t drink cold drinks unless it’s hot, avoid cold showers unless necessary, etc.
10. Break Your Habits
New experiences always give us adrenaline which is a hormone for positive emotion.
Especially when these new experiences are safe.
For example, you can take a different route when driving to your office, you can shop or eat in new places, – there are dozens of variations.
So, positive emotions are crucial for a good and happy life, and not only so.
Think of all the bad things that happen to people in their everyday lives because of their negative mindset.
One cannot but agree that when one is in a bad mood, everything is just falling from one’s hands. This can be vital, literally.
Therefore, positive emotions are critical for your mental – and sometimes even physical – health.
Follow the humble tips from this article to assure your positive mindset – and stay well!

A new day has come!!!
It's Monday, the first day of the working week and the day to start afresh if one has to
Though some people feel that Monday should never come, especially those who work at 9 to 5 jobs, who have to rush out of the house for commute early in the morning and then rush again to the bus stops late in the evening when they have to go back home, for them, every day should actually be a weekend (Lol)
But I love Monday. It's a day that gives me the adrenaline with which to see the rest of the week through working hand in Hand with God.
Monday mornings help me to get organized for the week, dot the i's and cross the t's
So here is Monday, like or hate it, just use it
And use it well
Whatever needs to be done today, should not be put off until tomorrow; tomorrow may never come!!!

When a man is born, his life's countdown has already started and each day makes him get older and brings him closer to his grave.
This is one fact that all men have to understand and internalize it.
Whether we like it or not, life is going on,
in good weather and bad weather, it is going in,
in cold and winter, summer and autumn,
whether the sun is high up there in the air in the day time or the moon is there in the night time;
whether it is raining cats and dogs or burning flesh with heat;
Life is going on
In sickness and in health, life is going on
In riches and poverty, life is going on
Even when the taste of living is gone, life goes on
It doesn't wait for anyone; it doesn't wait for fairer weather or any of such things.
Being conscious of this fact, it makes no sense then to POSTPONE or PUT OFF life until a latter day or date.
Life is to be lived everyday
It is to be a daily experience and no one has it on
A lot of people have the dream to be this or be that, to have this or have that before they start living their lives ...
but today I want to remind you that LIFE IS LIVED IN STAGES and missing out on any of the stages especially at the younger age makes one suffer from ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT and thus get stuck to childhood acts and habits.
Each life stage comes with its own fantasies, hard facts and fiction and they are better experienced in that stage than carried forward.
Moreover we are here on a mission and none of us knows when that mission would be accomplished and this means that no one knows just the exact time when it would be his turn to return to the Maker.
When I was growing up, I received the best piece of advise any Father would give to his Son from my own Father. He told me
"live the life you have to live when you have to live it"
For each stage of life, live that life - be open and receptive, laugh a lot, give a helping hand to another worse off than you are, forgive quickly, run the race until the winds leave your lungs, love someone, have fun and enjoy your life.
Don't put off life for tomorrow, because tomorrow could be a hundred years when you would be all bones and no energy left to enjoy the life or it could be just 24 hours when the bell shall toll!!!

1. Be angry for a (short) while. Then, move on.
When things don’t go as planned, getting angry is the first reaction you may have.
Angry at that person who betrayed you, at that company who is not treating you the way they should, at your friends for not supporting you enough, at the entire Universe!
I see anger as a way of being true to myself, saying how I sincerely feel.
It is not about letting your rage out on anybody but rather confiding in someone who knows you well, or if you can’t find that person, writing it in your journal or a letter for yourself.
Let those words come out, get them out of the way, and then… move on!
When channeled carefully and wisely, anger can be used as a force to avoid dragging your self esteem down.
It can lead you to a better understanding of who you are and what you want in life.
It can offer you the opportunity to reassess what really is this lesson life is trying to teach you.
It will enable you to take action rapidly instead of just letting things happen to you.
2. Remember: you are growing.
We could have called our experience a failure. Yes we failed in a way. But what we learned in return was so much bigger and valuable than the “feeling of failure” itself.
Difficulties make you grow.
It is not something you can see right away, you need to experience discomfort first, step back for a while and then turn into yourself to try and see things differently than what the outside world is presenting you.
Through this bad experience, we found the opportunity to learn about our personal strength, courage and willingness to face changes and jump into the unknown.
We learned how lucky we are to be together and how much stronger it makes us.
We learned that job and money comes and goes.
But being together as a family and experiencing love, trust and happiness, especially in uncertain times, is an indestructible power.
As Maya Angelou once wrote “You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it”.
And if you haven’t done it yet, start defining them.
Values act like guidelines.
They point you in the right direction, particularly when you feel lost.
Referring regularly to your values is the best way to remember what is truly important to you and will help you make better decisions according to what truly matters to you. It will even give you another perspective on what you are facing.
Two of my top core values are living in harmony with my family and being healthy.
My everyday actions were always aiming at staying true to these 2 values.
It gave me a sense of direction and stability when everything felt so uncertain around me.
You may have a lost a battle.
But it is part of that game called life if you dare playing it wholeheartedly.
How about trying to see things differently and remaining hopeful when things don’t go as planned?
A friend of mine recently advised me to be extremely vigilant and careful with our next big life decision as this world is filled with people with bad intentions.
She was partly right, that’s something we learned through this experience in a way.
But her reaction made me understand something else: when things don’t go as planned, you can either chose to fall into negativism; or, you may also take this opportunity to cultivate your natural optimism!
I refuse to believe that most people out there are trying to cheat me, betray me or take advantage of me.
Sure there are some, but if all I got from this experience is suspicion and constant fear of others, then firstly I will become one of them and secondly I will have completely failed at learning what life was really trying to teach me.
Chose to believe that your next experience will be fantastic! What do you have to lose?
A daily routine creates a structure in your life that you probably lack when life doesn’t go according to your expectations.
This routine is very personal, it is up to each of you to see and create what is best for you, the intention being to set up a ritual you can manage to do for the rest of your life, ideally!
For me, having the discipline to get up earlier and enjoying 1 hour for myself to stretch, meditate, plan my day and read a few articles while drinking my coffee was and still is the ideal routine.
It was something I had been thinking about for years.
And what better timing to create that challenging habit than in difficult times?
This routine will give you a great sense of achievement and satisfaction, it will provide you with that missing stability.
It will give you something to rely on with the wonderful benefits of being and feeling healthier.
In other words: the ideal mindset to rise from difficult times!

In this life time, I have met a number of persons who are specialists in complaining but come short in action.
They have all the adjectives and anecdotes to describe their failures and frustrations but never lift a finger to help themselves.
They are very willing to blame everything and anything for how their lives suck but never themselves.
They are good, infact very good at practicing the age old excuse of man - "passing the buck"
They take no responsibilities, they bear no flakes, they keep pushing away and never pulling in.
I am sure you would have met such people too or you might even be one.
Well, today I just want to tell you that there is no substitute to ACTION if you want to succeed.
It is very possible for you to be WHATEVER you want to be, but that won't happen on a platter, you must be ready to WORK on it and work is an action.
Who amongst you wanting to be a Medical Doctor would sit down in his father's house, fast and pray about it and expect to be a Medical Doctor?
Would you not rather earnestly desire to be apprenticed to a renowned Medical Doctor so that you can learn the skills from him and also become proficient yourself?
And that applies to whatever, anyone wants to be whether it is being a Lawyer or an Architect or an Engineer or a Computer Scientist or a Tanker Driver or a Bricklayer e.t.c.
Stories abound of how people have changed their destinies because they took action on what they wanted to be.
I have my story too
The only way to win at the game of life is to try!!!
The only way to succeed at whatever you set your eyes on is to work at it
You can't win, if you don't try
Even if you fail, try again and again and again until you succeed.
Because "failure is an orphan but success has many relations"
A song lyrics go like this
"if you try and fail
Don't ever give up
life is what you make it ......."
Nothing gladdens the heart more than being successful at one's chosen desire
When you are what you really wanted to be, even your entire environment is at peace with you just as you are with it
So, today, TRY

You know that the year 2016 is on its last lap, it has commenced its initial descent, it will row over mountains, ford all the clouds, dip into valleys before finally descending and arriving its destination; but before that you need to decide what to do with its movements.
Every Pilot has a route map for every journey he has to undertake; if he deviates from the route, he would definitely not arrive at his earlier destination unless he gets back to the course.
At the beginning of this year, you made some resolutions and then created a route map to achieve them before the year ends.
That route map is your game plan to achieve your goals this year.
That game plan had a number of goals that were to be achieved bit by bit
Look, God had a game plan when He created the world.
There was something he did on the first day.
There was another thing He did on the second day. etc.
And so the 11th month of the year is here
What's your game plan?
What goals are to be achieved this month?
What's the route map towards achieving them?
Are you still struggling with making money online?
Do you want to create a 2nd stream of income?
How about losing some extra fat?
Or doing that which you have been wanting to do all this while?
Whatever you want to do or wish to have?
Get a game plan
You cannot win this game of life without a game plan. I mean if you are to win in your academics, finances and spiritual life, you need a game plan.
If you are to succeed in your business, relationships and health, you need a game plan.
What is your game plan my friend? What specific routines and rituals are shaping your daily actions?
If things are to change, you need take hold of how you spend your time. And the best way is to create a success plan,
